Fire Risk Assesments

CPR Fire Risk Assessments cover all current legislation and identify areas that need attention within your organisation. Our Surveyors will also provide professional advice on means of escape, types of fire alarms, fire spread, and access and facilities for the Fire and Rescue Services.

CPR Fire Risk Assessments include an assessment of fire routes, fire safety signage and general recommendations on fire extinguishers, emergency lighting and fire alarm systems. Our Fire Safety Surveyor will also review all relevant documentation, and produce basic drawings of the building showing the location of all your fire control measures.

If there are any issues, our Fire Safety Surveyor will provide you with a fire safety action plan to ensure you comply with the legal requirements of the Regulatory Reform Order 2005. Where appropriate, we can liaise with the fire safety enforcing authority.
