Building Regulation Services

A free pre-application meeting with a CPR Building Control Surveyor can provide advice on gaining compliance in the areas relating to structure, fire, sound, ventilation, drainage, Stairs and ramps, the conservation of fuel and power and access for all. We'll also provide details of our fees, which are highly competitive.

Disability Access Audits

CPR Disability Access Audits are undertaken by one of our qualified Surveyors assessing your premises to make sure you meet the legal requirements of the Disabled Discrimination Act and the Equalities Act 2010. If appropriate, a Disability Access Audit will provide you with a realistic cost-effective action plan.

Party Wall Surveyors

We are professional Party Wall Surveyors who are qualified members of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. Our expertise and knowledge of the Party Wall etc Act 1996 can help you meet your legal obligations. Our advice can help protect your property of move a project forward with peace of mind.

Warranty Inspections

We work together with building structure warranty providers who can provide the 10 year guarantee that is required when a new build or converted dwelling requires a mortgage to purchase. This provides a one stop shop for our clients. Removing the need to contact two different inspection teams during the construction process.
